佛慈 六味地黄丸 FOCI LIU WEI DI HUANG WAN
成份/Ingredients：
熟地黄，山茱萸(制)，牡丹皮，山药，茯苓，泽泻。
Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Corni Fructus, Moutan Cortex, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Poria, Alismatis Rhizoma.
主治/Indications：
滋阴补肾。用于肾阴亏损，头晕耳鸣，腰膝酸软，骨蒸潮热，盗汗遗精，消渴。
Tonifies the liver, clears deficiency heat and secures the bodily-essence. It is used for deficiency of kidney “yin”, marked by dizziness, aching and limpness of waist and knees joints, tidal fever, night sweating and seminal emission, dryness of the mouth and thirst.
服发/Dosage：
口服，成人每日 3 次。每次 8-16 粒。饭前用温水或淡盐水吞下。
Oral, Adult 8-16 pills, 3 times daily. Use warm water or lightly salted water before eat.
注意/Attention：
不宜与其他感冒药同时服用。
Not advisable to use with other common cold medicines.
